How to evaluate a technology partner

Choosing a technology and infrastructure partner is an engineering decision, not a marketing one. This page explains how we think you should evaluate it — and where we will publish verified, source-backed comparisons once verification is complete.

What to look for

Engineering depth

Does the provider own the full stack, or just one layer? A provider that stops at the cloud layer cannot be accountable for the grounding, connectivity, and security that the cloud depends on.

Verification, not marketing

Are claims backed by sources and dates, or are they assertions? Any comparison worth reading carries source URLs and a verification date for every claim.

Accountability chain

When something fails, who owns it? The fewer vendors between problem and resolution, the faster the resolution. Single-point accountability across the stack is an engineering advantage.

Infrastructure, not just software

In Jamaica, the physical layer — lightning protection, grounding, surge protection, power continuity — determines whether the software layer survives. Evaluations that ignore infrastructure are incomplete.

Verified comparisons

Comparisons coming once verified.

We publish comparisons only after independent verification of publicly available information — every claim carries a source URL and a verification date. No fabricated or unverified competitor data will appear on this page.

Evaluate us the same way

Ask for sources, ask for verification, ask who owns the full stack.
